Changes in the Forum and the FAQ

e have made minor adjustments concerning the structure of our forum. To clarify their purpose, we have renamed the help board to
technical support board and the Premium Accounts board to
billing support board. Announcements have been added to both boards in which their purpose is explained. The billing support board is reserved for all questions concerning billing issues, i.e. questions concerning orders, payments etc. If you have a technical problem with Tibia, you should post on the technical support board. Please understand that threads which do not belong in these boards will be either moved to the corresponding forum section or deleted.
Moreover, we have moved the
proposals board to the community boards section. Of course we will continue to look at it regularly.
Furthermore, we have collected common questions concerning payments and bills which have often appeared in emails and on the boards. The answers to these questions have been added to our
FAQ page now.
