ately many players have experienced serious connection problems on our servers. These problems are caused by massive DDoS attacks from anonymousthird parties. These activities are undertaken with malicious intent and specifically targeted at our network.

Even though we were prepared for such attacks, our measures unfortunately proved to be insufficient. We deeply apologise for this. Ever since the first day of these attacks, our technical staff has been working on this issue with maximum effort. In cooperation with our ISP partner companies, a number of improvements have already been achieved. However, since the attack methods vary further counter measures will have to be implemented. Please rest assured that we will do what we can to offer you trouble-free game experience.
