s a result of our ongoing efforts to further balance the vocations, we have introduced an experience level requirement for all runes. The experience level which is needed to use a rune equals the experience level that is required to create this rune. Note, however, that this does not influence the magic level that is needed to use a rune. For example, a "Heavy Magic Missile" rune can now only be used by characters who have at least magic level 3 and experience level 25.
