hristmas is here once again. Many people use this time of the year to look back at the things that were important for them in the last 12 months, and so do we today. In 2007, we were able to welcome no less than 12 new colleagues here at the office who have quickly settled down and now help diligently to develop Tibia further for you. What is more, we have celebrated Tibia's 10th birthday in January. Further, there have been great game updates in June and December. The summer update brought the chilly Ice Islands and Tibia's coldest city Svargrond way up in the North. The main focus of the winter update laid on several great features such as new damage types, swimming and shared experience. In addition, many new creatures found a home in Tibia this year, we have again added fancy new outfits, a huge amount of new items and exciting new quests.

We have also reached some records this year. In Tibia's first double experience week, we had more than 64,000 players online at the same time. Moreover, we have crossed the magical number of 100,000 active Premium Accounts in summer and have not fallen below it ever since. We would like to thank all of our players for the trust they have put in our company and especially for their patience during difficult times. We would like to thank our tutors and gamemasters for the great work they contribute to the community. Finally, we also want to thank our supported fansites for the great entertainment they provide for their fellow players.

Of course, also in 2008 we will not rest on our success. Like every year, there will be great new updates which will bring many exciting and enjoyable things to Tibia. As already announced, a couple of new festivities will be celebrated in Tibia spread out over the year. Make sure to read our news section regularly, so you do not miss the latest party.
