Welcome our New Team Members!

n order to further improve our service we received some more manpower both in our Community Management and Customer Support departments. The assessment tests were tough, only the most lion-hearted could pass and get a seat in our office. In the end, two of the applicants succeeded and joined the team.

Firstly, please welcome our new Community Manager CM Ogrey! You surely want to know more about this guy, right? Maybe Mirade and Rejana can say some words about him...

Rejana: "So far, Ogrey seems to be a relaxed guy. He's usually smiling, needs an afternoon coffee just like myself, and I'm certain that he's a great addition to our CM team. I think he fits in perfectly, and I'm sure that you, our players will like him as well."

Mirade: "Ogrey has a cheerful and friendly personality. He's highly motivated and obviously has a creative and open mind. I'm sure we'll get along well and he'll help us to further improve our community work."

Sounds like a good choice! CM Ogrey is almost in the starting blocks. We are currently discussing his main tasks and responsibilities, but it is too early to go into details, yet.

Furthermore, a new Customer Support Representative has joined the CipSoft team. Please also welcome GM Aamaru! She is full of energy and highly experienced in handling major support issues, so we are confident that she will quickly adapt to her new tasks.

Well, now there are three Community Managers and one additional Customer Support Representative. That means we can put more time and effort in our communication with you, fellow Tibians.
